SRX2234269: Targeted capture of Tamias quadrivittatus sample: DZTM.220
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 9.7M spots, 1.9G bases, 1.2Gb downloads

Design: Microarray-based targeted capture
Submitted by: University of Montana
Study: Targeted Exome Capture of Six Species of Western North American Chipmunks (Tamias)
show Abstracthide Abstract
Exome capture sequences for western North American chipmunks (Sciuridae: Tamias). Chipmunks experience widespread mitochondrial introgression, described in several studies. This dataset will be used to 1) investigate patterns of mitochondrial introgression, 2) investigate patterns of nuclear introgression, and 3) resolve the systematics of Tamias quadrivittatus-group species.
